I just spent a couple of days visiting a customer in Milan (I’ll tell you all about them in the next post). Anyway, the two owners were fantastic hosts and took me to an excellent local restaurant, where I came across a type of pizza I’ve never seen before:
Pizza. Mmmmm.
Anyway, this is called, “un metro di pizza”. Literally, “one metre of pizza”. The video below says it all.
